We'd like to highlight one of our substitutes for a job well done! While working as a permanent substitute for the North Kingstown School Department in Rhode Island, Natalie O'Neil took on the world! That is – she and her students at Davisville Academy painted a map of the world. As you can see below, the project was a great success!

It's a great idea for substitutes to carry a book or two with them in their substitute toolkit. Make sure you read through the book before reading it out loud to ensure that it's age and content appropriate.
