Congratulations to Our May Employees of the Month!

Employee-of-the-Month.jpgEach month, our partner school districts submit glowing reviews about excellent Source4Teachers and MissionOne employees, from which we select an employee of the month from each organization. We're pleased to honor our May winners!

GOOD, ROSEANN 4291 EASTON.jpgSource4Excellence Winner: RoseAnn Good, PA
RoseAnn was hired during our transition of the Easton Area School District in August 2013. Since then, she has worked over 350 assignments covering clerical absences in various school offices throughout the district. She was nominated by Andrea Orr, Administrative Professional from Cheston Elementary School.

"RoseAnn is always kind, professional, and ready to pitch in when my office gets busy. I don't have to ask her to help me; she just sees something that needs to be done, and she does it! She is always my first choice for subbing.  RoseAnn gets along with all staff. My principals always ask me if I was able to 'acquire her for the day'. I would love to work with her every day!" said Orr.

Amanda Melini.jpegMission of Excellence Winner: Amanda Melini, NJ
Amanda signed on with MissionOne in September 2015. She currently serves as a dependable classroom aide for the Pre-K program at Woodbine Elementary School. According to MissionOne Area Manager, Laura Twardzik, both the classroom teacher and special education supervisor speak very highly of her. She was nominated by Preschool Teacher, Kelly McGay.

"Amanda is a hard worker who goes above and beyond her normal duties as a teaching assistant. There isn't anything that she wouldn't do for me. She is bubbly and energetic, which adds to the overall atmosphere of the classroom. The children love her. She is always willing to help and jumps in to assist. There have been several times when I have had to call out due to an emergency, and she was able to take over the duties of the classroom teacher to help the substitute by setting up the lessons for the day. I never have to worry when I'm out because I know the day will run smoothly. She will just pick up the theme from the day before. I highly recommend Amanda Melini for employee of the month for all her hard work and dedication to the preschool children of Woodbine Elementary school," said McGay.

Congratulations RoseAnn and Amanda – and keep up the excellent work!
